The Residence is located directly on the beach in the heart of the beautiful Tuscany Coast, in the north of San Vincenzo. Open all year round.
Private beach
During summer all the guest have the access to our private beach with sunbeds and beach umbrellas.
You can enjoy the sunbathing and also rent a kayak, a pedal boat or play beach tennis.
The facility and the service
We have 14 self catering flats, fully furnished and with all comforts to guarantee the highest relax.
For your lunch or dinner we will be glad to address you to the best restaurants around where is possible to taste the incredible tuscan cuisine, fresh fish and amazing meet too.
