The Residence is located directly on the beach in the heart of the beautiful Tuscany Coast. Thanks to the privileged location and the very quiet private beach you can enjoy a very relaxing holiday.
Renting one of the fourteen flats, on three floors with lift, you will sleep with the sounds from the sea.
The flats
The flats are decorated with all the comforts and nice furnitures, in each bedrooms there is a safety box, telephone, a mini-bar, free wifi and a satellite TV. In the living room there is a fully furnished kitchen with a satellite TV and a sofa bed.
Residence on the beach
Our private beach is the perfect spot to relax and it is possible to rent a kayak or a paddle boat, play beach volley and table tennis.

San Vincenzo, since many years location with the Blue Flag, has a 10km beach of white and pristine sand adorned with the mediterranean brush just below the tuscan hills and it's the perfect spot for a very relaxing holiday with family and friends.
From our beautiful town there are a lot of excursions that you can do. We are very near to Florence, Pisa,Siena, Lucca and many more amazing tuscan places in the countryside or on the seaside. Daily trips to the islands of Elba, Capraia, Giglio, Pianosa and also Corsica are available from our Marina (10 minutes by walking) and the one in Piombino (18km by car).

"We made a family trip to Italy which included a few days on the Mediterranean. Villa Lo Scoglietto hotel was an ideal relaxing vacation for the 4 of us and our friends. There is a generous breakfast included with the room and you have your umbrella and chairs designated at the beach. San Vincenzo town center is a short walk away where you can enjoy great food and beautiful sunsets. Small towns are close by via car."

"The hotel is right on the seafront and many of the rooms have balconies overlooking the beach. The apartment I had was, clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent. But the best part of the stay was talking to the friendly and very helpful staff. They make you feel at home immediately. Highly recommended!"

"Myself and my family have been going to this Hotel/Apartments over the past 7 years. The location is perfect, clean beach and beautiful sea, which is quite shallow, you can walk out into the sea and it's still only up to your knees! Perfect for my young son. The town itself is very relaxing, fantastic restaurants, shops etc. As soon as we arrive, we are greeted by the owners, its like meeting up with friends again. You can either stay in the Hotel or the Apartments, which is right next door. The Apartments are fantastic, very modern and clean, all with sea view. The Hotel has beautiful gardens, friendly bar, great breakfast. A beautiful old building with fantastic large wooden doors. I Love it!"
